These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the event planning, production and coordination services provided by SSCS Services LTD (registration number HE393290), trading as SSCS EVENTS, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Information on this website, including services and imagery, is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Any proposal, quotation or estimate we issue is an invitation to discuss and remains valid for the period stated in it, or for 30 days where no period is stated.

A booking is only confirmed once a written agreement has been signed by both parties and any required deposit has been received.

Fees, payment milestones and included services are set out in the individual event agreement. Unless stated otherwise, a non-refundable deposit is payable to secure the date, with the balance due before the event.

Third-party costs (venues, catering, suppliers, entertainment, equipment, licences) are either billed at cost plus any agreed management fee, or paid directly by the client to the supplier, as set out in the agreement.

Late payments may result in suspension of planning work or, where suppliers cannot be secured in time, changes to the agreed scope.

Requests to change scope, guest numbers, date or location must be made in writing. We will do our best to accommodate them, but changes may affect fees, supplier availability and deliverables.

If the client cancels, deposits and any costs already committed to third parties on the client's behalf are non-refundable. Further cancellation charges may apply as set out in the event agreement.

If we are unable to deliver the services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, illness, strikes, venue closure or legal restrictions), we will offer a suitable alternative arrangement or reschedule where possible.

The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information, approvals and payments, and to ensure that any venue or property they supply is safe, accessible and appropriately licensed for the planned activity.

The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage caused by them to venues, equipment or third-party property.

Where we book third-party suppliers or venues on the client's behalf, those services are subject to the supplier's own terms. We select partners with care and manage them diligently, but we are not liable for a supplier's own acts, omissions or failures beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an event is limited to the total fees paid to us for that event.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or goodwill.

All content on this website, including text, layout, imagery and branding, is owned by or licensed to SSCS Services LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We may photograph or film events for our portfolio and marketing. Clients who prefer that their event is not featured can tell us in writing at any time and we will respect that.

Personal data submitted through this website is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Cyprus and EU data protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
