When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, event type and anything you choose to write in your message.

If you go on to work with us, we may also hold event details such as dates, venues, guest information and billing details needed to deliver and invoice the service.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, plan and deliver your event, coordinate with the suppliers involved, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and on the performance of a contract once you book with us.

We share only what is necessary with the suppliers involved in your event — for example venues, caterers, florists or technical crews — and with our accountants or advisers where required.

We never sell personal data.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by Cyprus law for accounting records.
